T3 Academy (Tilak Table Tennis Academy) was founded by Tilak Raj International Table Tennis table foundation level-1 certificate caoch , a passionate coach with over two decades of experience in table tennis coaching. His coaching journey began in 2003, and since then, he has dedicated his life to developing young talent and promoting the sport at the grassroots level.
The idea of T3 Academy was born from a light-hearted conversation with close friends, who encouraged Tilak Raj to start his own academy. What began as a joke soon became a serious vision. After years of coaching across multiple schools in Jalandhar—covering nearly seven schools daily—the dream of creating a dedicated training space for table tennis began to take shape.

On 27th September 2012, a student once again inspired this vision by asking a simple yet powerful question:
“Sir, why don’t you open your own academy?”
Motivated by this moment, Tilak Raj took the next step. A training hall was arranged, and on 1st October 2012, T3 Academy officially opened its doors, becoming the first individual commercial Table Tennis Academy in Punjab.

T3 Academy is more than just a training center—it is a platform for building discipline, confidence, and healthy lifestyles. Many students join to stay active, reduce screen time, and improve their physical and mental well-being. Over time, they grow into competitive players with strong values and sportsmanship.
